Denver Equity partner looking to learn flipping business

I'm a real estate investor coming from a buy and hold method looking to possibly transition my proceeds into flips.  Given the change, I'd love to find an experienced partner and learn the business from an investment standpoint at first and then move into flipping down the road.

My current rental will be on the market in October, so between myself and a family member, I'd expect to have around $350K cash available towards the end of the year.   Would love to discuss the opportunity to work together on projects in Denver or Colorado Springs to begin with.

Hi @Jeff Slusarz! I'd love to discuss more with you, so I'll send you a message here in a few minutes and we'll see if you are a fit for us or not.

I don't know if you're interested in Wholesaling or not but I am guest speaking at the "Wholesaling 101" Meetup Group tomorrow (Tuesday the 27th 7pm) There is a lot of time set aside just for networking with other investors so I thought it could be a good place for you to meet your potential partner. The "lesson" is on finding your first deal, and i'll focus a lot on analyzing the deal, which is the most important part to investing. If you want to go: Its at the Panera Bread on the corner of 285/Hampden and I-25.

Either way I want to welcome you to the BP community and congratulate you on moving forward with these investing goals!
