New Investor Seeking First Rental Property

Hey guys! I'm a new real estate investor in the Denver area looking to make my first purchase in the near future! My ultimate goal is to buy and hold commercial properties (small multi-family apartments 5-15 units) but for my first purchase I am leaning towards single family houses. I would love to meet with some of you experienced real estate investors in the area to pick your brains and network. Please let me know of any useful tips you might have such as an excellent local property manager to contact, or general things to look for when buying your first property. Thanks! Jeremy Ansah

@Jeremy Ansah-Twum welcome. I would recommend you read through the ultimate beginners guide (under the education tab and then guides) if you have not done so already. It can help you drill down and focus on specifics. If you want to come out to the local meetups that is a way to meet folks to pick their brains. Set up some keyword alerts to get notice of when meetups happen.
