Hi,

I'm looking for a referral for a small architect / interior designer to use on fix and flips.  I'm horrible at picking colors and I know I need help here.

Ideally this is a small, one, two or three person, shop that can move quickly.

Thanks

Matt McGowan

Matt, go visit several flips in your target price point. See which ones sell quickest. Pick a pallet that you see used most often (probably will be a grey scheme). Standardize everything. Most flippers use the same light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint, flooring and everything else on every job. Most designers work on high dollar and high budget projects that are created to be unique which is a terrible fit for flipping anything but very high dollar homes. Architects again don't usually specify finishes unless it is also a high dollar home. Those in the lower price points are production oriented they do the same cut and paste from previous projects on various elements.
