Denver Newbie Looking for Contractor for Bids

Hello,

I'm a newbie in the Denver area looking to start wholesaling, however, I don't have much experience with construction in the area and local pricing. I'm looking for a contractor who can accompany me to a seller's home and provide me with an itemized bid. I'm not looking for free work and will pay the contractor for their time. 

Also if anyone has any general prices as far as cost per sq foot in the Denver area that might be helpful as well, or simply any advice to a new wholesaler is greatly appriciated.
