@Nick Babler there are some groups up north like BadAss NoCo. The normal groups are hard to hold right now, but they should be implementing Coffee in the Park here shortly. @Joshua Hopwood should be able to fill you in more.

My business partner Samson and I have been running a meetup that we began in 2019 which was paused for a few months this year but we're back up and going. BBQs and beers at Fossil Creek park. Lots of fun, good people, pretty free flowing right now.

Hi Nick. Would love to meet up in Loveland area for a investor group. Do you have any scheduled?  I just joined bigger pockets! Loving the podcasts. I currently have rental properties in Loveland and Greeley but need a mentor or just talked with people but growing. I host did it on my own and now realized I should have done more deals and differently.
