Hi,
I really want to try the “by the room rental” strategy. Is anyone on here using this strategy in Bridgeport CT?
The room rental rates make sense. What are your thoughts?

@Manuel Salce I forgot to mention, this works well near the universities in Bridgeport where there’s already a natural tenancy for separate tenants in each room.

Just be mindful of the local zoning laws. I don't know about B'port but in Manchester Connecticut they have strict rooming laws. Whether or not that's enforced is a separate issue, of course.
