New Haven Networking

Paul Stern
Posted

Hello All! New to real estate and have quickly zeroed in on using the BRRRR strategy in great areas, one of which I have identified as New Haven (East Rock or Westville neighborhoods). Anyone in the area with some experience in BRRRRs willing to chat? Still looking to build my core four to hit the ground running in this promising market!

How is it going? I am looking at New Haven as well for BRRRR/house hacking. I'm wondering if you are having difficulties with tenants paying their rent. The median income is low but the amount of renters is high. I am seeing the median rent all over the place. I am also wondering about if students make good tenants?
