I'm extremely new and have only done one flip, however the title company I used came highly recommended and they a lot of experience working with investors and have access to real estate attorneys as part of their firm. It is 1st International Title (site wpuldn't let me list number) and Judy Reed is the one I used. They were very kind and extremely efficient. If you do contact her you can mention my name. She will probably remember me or at least my LLC , Vulcan Properties (the logical choice) good luck
