Quote for Roof Replacement in JAX

Hey! 

I have about 10 units in JAX. One of my single family homes (1400 sq feet, 3 bed, 2 bath) needs a roof replacement. I've received 3 quotes for around $8,000 to $8,5000 to replace the roof.

For the experience people out there in JAX, does that seem reasonable? Can I beat this rate?
