Prevailing SFH Interest Rates on 15yr??
Hi All, Reposting and rephrasing so not to come in conflict with forum rules.
What kind of rates is everyone getting on 15yr SFH right now? Looking at convential 20% down 15yr term and I am getting quotes that are a pretty big range with varying points.
I was recently able to get a similar loan in NY for 3.875%. What rates should I expect in North Florida and what local banks are easiest to work with?
