Is Hillcrest a good and safe area for cash flow (zip code 05)? 

Does it have high rental demand?

Some properties with zip code 05 belong to Murray Hill, and some look like belong to Hillcrest. And, I read some discussion said 05 zip code is in good area; is that true?
