We are considering an investment townhouse in Marathon Pkwy Jacksonville, FL 32244. Any expert opinion is appreciated as we are not familiar with the city.

I personally like that area for rentals. It’s very close to NAS JACKSONVILLE - military folks are always looking for a place to rent. It’s also close to good shopping and dining. The Ortega Farms area is definitely worth looking into for investing!
