Recently, there has been a lot of rumors in regards to decrease of demand of short term rentals overall in the country. After speaking with several investors from North East Florida, it seems that the demand did go down dragging the prices along. On the other hand, many claim that their Airbnb business started booming in contrast to the current state of affairs. I was wondering if any of you would share some thoughts or ideas.
