FHA 203K Historical Home

Hello everyone,

I have a home in Riverside under contract and was planning on using the 203k loan for the rehab. With the neglect of the home, the current rehab has grown past the FHA cap. The lender says we can do a conventional loan but the downpayment will almost double. Does anyone have any lenders who could help out?
