Miami investment SFR Market Statistics
I'm considering investing in Miami real estate. Specifically SFR foreclosures/REOs to fix up and rent out for cashflow. Can someone point me to some market statistics to see the overall trends, listing prices, inventory volumes, $/sqft etc...? Also neighborhood stats would be good to. thanks
