Best investment in the Miami FL area

Hello, 

I am interested in learning about the current market in Miami, FL. I would like to know what locations I should focus in and stay away from if I want to buy property to then rent out. What type of properties would be a good startup investment for the area? I know multifamily homes are always a good startup any advice?
