Miami Airbnb - Is it worth?

Hey everyone,

I am looking to purchase a rental property in Miami, especially Brickell. I was comparing the rental rates on Airbnb and the return seems good. It seems that every month you will be able to cover your mortgage. The condos are costing about 250k. I am currently located in VA, so I will be an out-of-state investor. Any thoughts, suggestions are appreciated. Do you recommend Airbnb? I have experience with rental properties within VA, and Miami would be my first out state property.

Maybe I can also get the condo as a second home loan from my lender as well. Would love to discuss further with you folks and learn from your experience. :)
