Sunny Isle STR - Looking for advice and info!

Hey All, 

Looking at possible STR condo in Sunny Isle (Marbella Tower). Looking to get as much info as possible about area, building, etc. Community STR friendly? Area STR friendly? Pretty busy all year around? Other activities to do aside from beach? Would love to hear if anyone has personal experience in area and this building.
