Title Search Company Recommendations

I’m new to real estate investing in Central Florida and looking for some cost effective title search options. My time is limited so learning the process myself is not an option at this point. I appreciate the help!

@Ryan Brown become friends with a title company but this will take time of doing deals with them.  They won't do them free when you're new.  Sometimes you just need to take a risk and have contingencies in the contract.  Also make sure the seller knows he/she is responsible for any liens.
