As a new investor stepping into Orlando market , building my team , needs GC s to be on board which having hard time with , to find the right company and candidate to deliver the right results of timing , most to be done with least expense and reliability of work and trust , any body know the right guy or company please help , really appreciate it in advance ....

@Ehab Tadrous No responses yet because once someone finds a good GC they don't want to share. This is probably the hardest part of the business. They are very difficult to find and if they are as good as you need them to be then they are going to be extremely busy. We have done 13 flips over the last couple years and still don't have a consistent go-to guy. 

Another thing to consider is that whoever you use will typically be based on the house and level of rehab. If it's a big job needing practically everything completed, including permits and drawings, etc., then you're much better off with a GC for your own sanity. However, if it's something simple with just a kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and paint then you could easily use a "handyman" type contractor. They won't typically be licensed but they are better than GC's half the time and definitely cheaper. Good luck with your search.
