sellers market yes, private equity picking up everything Not so much. yes they are getting A LOT of the properties but you can still get yours if you look and do some leg work. the guys i work with picked up one last week, i got 4 in the last 3 months of 2016, we have another one closing in 11 days or so. so yeah if you look you will find it.
