Hi Janice,

Do you offer HELOC's as well or just lending on a property for purchase/refi. I have heard a lot of local lenders are more equipped in that area than others.

Good morning Matt, unfortunately we do not do HELOC's. However, I am able to do conventional FHA, refi, cash out refi. and Jumbo loans, and 95% of the time we are closing on a purchase in about 30 days. Let me know if I can help in any way.
