Atlanta SFH Investing

Hi there,

I'm looking into investing in SFH in A or B neighborhoods in Atlanta. Looking for Fulton or Gwinett counties primarily but open to other counties nearby.

Any recommendations for areas I can target. Goal is for long term hold, build equity through debt pay down and get appreciation.

Any area in any direction from Atlanta has a pretty strong rental market. Prices vary a lot. I'm in the market south of Atlanta. We live in Pike County and invest in the counties around it. (Henry, Spalding, Upson, Lamar, Meriwether)
