Polar Rock/Lakewood Neighborhood
Hi All, I'm newish to BP and wanted to get some opinions on the Polar Rock neighborhood. My wife and I are interested in purchasing a duplex to use one side for long term rental and the other for Airbnb/2nd home. We found a property in Polar Rock that's interesting but we're unsure about the neighborhood. We're both from ATL but moved out of state years ago so we don't really know if/how that area has changed over the past few years. I'd really appreciate any opinions on the neighborhood and any suggestions on how to find crime reports, school ratings, etc.
