COA/HOA Management Questions

Hi there,

My name is Jon. I currently manage the COA where I live and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Because of this, I've been pursuing my salesperson license and a sponsoring broker that supports Condominium Association Management. In the state of Georgia, COA and HOA management is much more strict that most places and requires licensing and a sponsoring broker.

Does anyone know of any sponsoring brokers for HOA/COA property management? If not, if you have any experience with COA/HOA management I'd love to speak with you!

Thanks.
