Is Grove Park going to be the next Westview?

I am just trying to get some opinions on Grove Park. I know its based off a street by street basis but could Matilda be the next Rogers in Westview in ten years? I know that Atlanta has plans to build a lot of stuff in that area. Any feedback will be appreciated.
