GEORGIA REAL ESTATE AGENTS
Hello ALL,
Helppppp!!!!! Does anyone know of any good... NO! GREAT real estate agents in Atlanta, GA that works well with investors? I need an agent that understands what type of properties to search for with enough room between listing price and ARV so that you can rehab and sell to make a profit. For some reason, some real estate agents don't get that. I've spoken to several real estate agents around the country in 13 states and I constantly run into some that don't understand it.
