Seeking bigger deals
Hello BP,
I am interested in hearing how people are sourcing leads on bigger properties. I am on a ton of email lists and am always finding tons of single family deals but I would like to eventually get into multi family, smaller apartment complexes and eventually even bigger complexes. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.
