Southwest Atlanta Beecher St is Hot!!!
I picked up a house on Beecher St that I am trying to off load here in the near future. I was excited when I got the house under contract because as long as a street Beecher is there are rehabs all up and down the street. The house I picked up is less than two blocks away from the Beltline which make it very attractive to flippers. Who is buying around the Beltline? Who is familiar with Beecher St?
