Lease Arbitrage in Metro Atlanta
Good Afternoon,
I am a real estate investor currently looking to increase my scale and work with other investors through lease arbitrage opportunities. I am located here in the Atlanta area and have been improving my system over the last 2 years. Are there any single family or multi family property owners out there that are interested in working together. My target areas are Marietta and the Northwest Atlanta!!!
