Hi

I am completely new to real estate investment.  I have been lurking for a while and have read everything I can get my hands on about wholesaling and the Atlanta market (most things coming from Bigger Pockets.

My plan is like most.  Learn the  market with wholesaling and than start my own investment.  I hope to build genuine connections, build relationships, and expand my knowledge here on Bigger Pockets.

I’m new to REI as well, and I currently live in Douglasville.

Just like you, I’m learning all I can and practicing analyzing deals that I find on Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.

I’m hoping to attend some of the BP meet ups in the area soon! Might want to look in to some of those. I hear they’re the best way to get started!

 I definitely relate to you as I am new to this industry as well. I recently just started my company so that I can seriously pursue my dreams in real estate. I am particularly focusing in Wholesaling at this time.
