Good morning!  What kinds of features should I look for in a business checking and savings account as a RE investor and landlord?  Do you have a favorite bank in town, and if so, why?  Thank you

still having a holding spot for your real estate money that earns more interest is good. Having a $100k sitting @ 1.5 % is better than .025 %
