Commercial Property Environmental Audit
Hi,
Back in 2013 I purchased a small commercial property without getting an environmental audit. It was a foreclosure and rushed deal. I’ve since heard about some environmental issues on an abutting property. I now wish to develop the property but think I should address the possible environmental issues if any first. Any input is appreciated.
