1031 Agent in Atlanta Area?
I'm going to be listing my SFR properties soon and am looking to do 1031's. Does anyone know of a 1031 agent in the area that they can recommend? Preferably one you've done a transaction with before. I appreciate any advice!

An important fact, that many don't know, is that being a 1031 exchange intermediary is not a regulated business. So, it's important to go with someone/a company that has a long track record of doing right. There've been threads here about guys disappearing with the money. Robert Hetsler is one name that comes to mind
