Loss and Liability coverage during "Fix & Flip"
(DISCLAIMER: I am not seeking services - I am only seeking advice) To those of you who Fix & Flip - I'm researching Vacant Property Insurance covering Loss and Liability - any advice on subject is welcomed for my first flip - I'd like to know if any have used Tapco or Vacant Express to insure property for loss and liability during the renovation period though to closing on property -
