Hello BP Community, I'm a long time listener, but fairly new to BRRRR investing. I completed my first BRRRR in Gwinnett last year, and looking for my next deals. I'm looking to network to continue learning and finding my next deals. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi Daniel congrats on your first rental.  Gwinnett is a great place to own rentals BUT is very expensive.  We own some 8 or so in that county and they do well.

In general for all investors everywhere I reco that you join local boots on the ground investors in your area.  Find such groups in meetup.org.   BP has some meetups but the Atl group has petered out, but look it up in the local groups section of BP.

I started out in the REIAs, which I still find to be where most experienced folks hang out.  Some of us also post a bit in BP but really the how to, contractor referals, the local laws, is Gwinnett eviction court open etc is talked about in local REIAs.   FWIW join them all then choose which you like.  I found Gareia.com to be what worked best for me.

Read a paper I wrote to help landlods/buyand holders;  how to buy a bullet proof rental portfolio, a file I linked to my BP profile's first paragraph.

Best to you, curt
