Atlanta Short Term Rentals
I would love to connect and host a meet up with more investors who are currently active in the Atlanta area with short term rentals, or who are interested in getting involved in short term rentals.
Any investors in the area interested? I was thinking of setting something up virtually initially until we can have a large in person meet up.

There's at least 1 STR meetup group. Search in meetup.org. FWIW The City of Atlanta has either outlawed STR or put limits on it. My STR is in Sandy Springs which requires a business license for <30 day (STR) rental businesses AND the owner have Home Stead Exemption (they live in the house). So no whole house STR in Sandy Springs, as just an example of checker board issues in the Atlanta area. I run my STR as a >30 day corp rental and am doing well with corp stays.
