Atlanta Small Commercial Group Speakers

I am looking for suggestions on speakers for a group of investors who are buying small commercial projects.  We've been reviewing value-add office deals, small adaptive reuse, and small apartment buildings. Most of us are experienced residential investors with a little bit of commercial.
