Longtime reader first time buyer

Afternoon local BP members, my name is Chris H. For the past 6 months i've been a longtime reader. After gathering up enough information I have just purchased my first duplex in the Boise Bench area. I did this by utilizing my first time home buyer status. Needless to say it's been a learning process, but i'm really looking forward to gaining the experience to do this over and over again.
