Kissimmee Short term rental
We have a beautiful turn key property in Kissimmee ideal location near Disney that we are contemplating selling next spring once our current guests leave (we had a longer term renter book).
It is 4 bed/3 bath townhome in Lucaya Village and is recently renovated and comes fully furnished. We are reaching out here to see if someone has an excellent recommendation for a realtor that has gone above and beyond that specializes in short term rentals. Please do not respond to this if you are a realtor. I am looking for recommendations from people who have used great realtors.

@Alyssa Johnson, the Kissimmee/Disney market has completely transformed over the past five months since @Courtney Radmall posted here. Travelers have returned to Orlando in droves and we expect very strong occupancies for the foreseeable future due to pent up demand with Disney tourists. Especially once borders reopen and we can once again welcome guests from the UK, Canada, Brazil and other top Disney markets, we expect strong bookings and climbing rates. Here's a quick comparison of occupancy for Jan-June 2020 compared to same period this year.
