Local Chicago Bank Recommendations

Hey everyone,

I am a part of a REI company (series LLC), and we are considering using a local bank or credit union to house our funds and potentially use for financing for deals. We are primarily wanting to start with flips. Any recommendations? Thanks!

@Marteki Codjoe - We have several great banks (First Federal, Republic, First Midwest) we work with or have great contacts at.  The best one for you and your company will depend on your needs and long-term plan for the company.  Sounds like you will be the banking and looking for a lender (most banks appreciate doing both at the same bank).
