Airbnb cleaners northside chicago rates?

How much are you paying for airbnb cleaners. We had a really good cleaner for years but she moved back to mexico and our new cleaner has been doing a subpar job. Called around a bit for quotes. Curious what BP members with airbnbs on northside of Chicago are paying?
