Chicago Lease

I recently purchased three unit building which I am also living in. I searched around a lot and found different leases. Does anyone know where I can get a good lease for Chicago. Also any other advice to stay legal with all of Chicago tenant laws.

One more question, what are the requirements for the Security Deposit (what kind of bank account to put it in/what kind of forms or receipts do I need to give the tenant)

Use the Chicago Assc. of Realtors lease to be safe.
