I am new to the Chicago area and exploring multi-families and small apartment buildings. I took a class on Landlord/Tenant Law many years ago in Boston when I lived there which was very helpful. Any recommendations for Chicago and suburbs. thanks

    thanks all for the recommendations. I signed up for a 3 evening property management class through CIC. I'll post afterwards with some feedback on the class.
