Bellwood and Maywood

I'm reaching out to see if there's anyone in Bellwood area as investors especially for multi-family. It seems that this area is a C area, but the leadership has started really focusing on revitalizing the housing. I also wondered if anyone knows any good property management companies on this area? I heard from another investor that this is an area where new investors get lured in only to be spit out.
