@Thomas Medrano have you considered getting your license? It costs very little, and then you can actually help sellers by selling there properties for top dollar. It is a lot cleaner than wholesaling in my opinion. Most of the best wholesalers I know are extremely successful house rehabers who pass a few deals along when they are overwhelmed.
