First time homeowners grant for a multi unit?

Hi! I’m finally getting started with a multi unit. Decided that a buy and hold would be best for me right now. Was wondering if I’ll be able to use a grant for down payment assistance with a 4 unit. I know the idha has one but that’s only for a duplex.

@Kiara Washington and @Joe Santiago I want to add something to this conversation. There are some programs which are offer by some banks which goes up to 100% ltv  on PR but rates will be higher and sometime beat the down payment assistance program.  Although we do not offer those programs.
