Investing in Rogers Park

Hello everyone!

I am new to the forum and real estate investing. I live and work in Chicago. I see a lot of potential in our city in terms of investing and would like to start my real estate path here.  Particularly I am interested in Rogers Park neighborhood. Has anyone had experience with investing into this hood? Flipping or rental?

 Hello Dmitry and welcome to BP.  I am an investor in the city and I know Rogers Park pretty well.  I have a four unit in Edgewater, not too far away from RP.  Roger's Park definitely has the potential and has some great things going for it.  Let me know if you'd like to discuss further.
