Chicago Handyman Suggestions?

Hi all, 

Just bought my first place, a 4 unit house hack in Little Village/Pilsen. While I'm trying to teach myself to be more handy, there are some projects that are beyond my abilities. Looking for a reliable handyman to tackle some projects for me. Any suggestions? I've tried googling and contacting some without much success so far. BP has been so helpful so far, so thanks in advance for any help.
