Looking for a CMA from a realtor
A lender I'm working with to refinance my home just needs a CMA from a licensed realtor (on letterhead and with a signature) rather than a full appraisal.
Is there anyone here who could help out with that? The ones I have reached out to won’t do it since I’m not selling, and well, I’d prefer not to lie and waste people time
I’m happy to pay a fair value for the time. I don’t care if it’s wholly accurate, just reasonable.
